I have always loved the challenge of making my own version of something. Sometimes because I didn't care for the products that were commercially available, sometimes to save money and sometimes just to see if it could be done. Making my own things is a fun hobby and a lot of times it's much easier than you would think.
Over many years of making my own stuff there have been glorious successes and pathetic failures. This blog is here partly to share the successes and partly so I have a place to keep track of all of my various Make Your Own recipes.
